Meet The Team

Harlequine Clay is a performing artist and lyric soprano who is passionate about sharing her
voice on stage. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Fisk University in
2023, where she also traveled and performed with the award-winning Fisk Jubilee Singers. Her
professional training includes two years with Nashville Opera’s HBCU Fellowship Program,
study abroad in London through the Performing Arts Abroad Intensive Program, and an
internship with Metro Arts Nashville in 2022. In addition to performing, she has built extensive
experience in music education, arts leadership, and community engagement through teaching
elementary music, running an arts academy, leading a community choir, and organizing
concerts and showcases.

Charlie Alexander Clay III began his acting career at age 14 with the Kansas Academy
of the Theatrical Arts. He has worked alongside professional actors for more than a
decade and has appeared in numerous theatre productions. For the past year, he has
been a member of Creative Hearts Collective.
Charlie is currently working with Nashville Children’s Theatre as one of their lead
teachers for the spring theatre semester. He is also the founder of Clay Channel
Productions, an independent film company. His dream is to build a loving, encouraging,
family-oriented entertainment community and to influence, uplift, and inspire others
through the creative arts to live, love, and laugh.

Makaela Denson is a creative and community-minded professional who deeply values
connection, collaboration, and the arts.
She believes creative expression has the power to bring people together, tell meaningful
stories, and create spaces where individuals feel seen and understood.
With a passion for supporting others and helping ideas grow into something tangible,
she works to foster environments that are welcoming, organized, and full of heart.
As part of Creative Hearts Collective, Makaela brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven
approach that reflects her belief that when we nurture the arts, we nurture people.

Kristine Sanchez is a dance educator, choreographer, and storyteller whose life has been
rooted in movement since childhood.
She began dancing at a young age and started teaching by twelve, dedicating her life to helping
others grow through dance.
At Creative Hearts Collective, she blends ballet, lyrical, jazz, hip hop, and creative movement to
connect technique with storytelling, confidence, and self-expression.
She believes dance is more than performance—it is a way for every student to discover their
voice, share their story, and feel seen, valued, and safe to take creative risks.
